- Blood and gore: Most of the episode is a very violent battle with a lot of blood and gore including eye injuries and severed limbs.

- Unreality: Places not appearing as characters expect them. Time dilation between realms causes characters to have two different perceptions of passed time.
- Family Abuse: A character fights a physically and emotionally abusive older family. Include bullying, and blaming the abused character for other violent actions.
- Healing through willpower: As part of magical healing, a character must will themselves to get better.
- Fight to the Death: Characters duel with the intention of killing each other.
- Impalement: a character is fully impaled through their back and stomach.
- Claustrophobia: A character gasps in pain while being crushed (non fatal).
- Falling: Characters leap or fall intentionally from great heights during a fight.
- Eye injuries: Multiple people are stabbed in the eyes during a battle.
- Mauling: Characters are attacked by an animals twice.
- Fire: Characters are set on fire in a magical explosion.
- Gore: A character removes their partially severed arm.
