• Frightening hallucinations: A character has hallucinations that scare them. They're unsure how real they are.
• Alcohol: Characters play drinking games in a tavern.
• Walking dead: A character sees many people they saw killed recently walk and interact with them.
• Menacing whispers: Loud dissonant whispers surround a character entering a temple. A god talks to them in a layered voice.
• Religious extremism: A character recounts stories they've heard of a church's more extreme religious practices.
• Blood and drowning: A character enters a very large pool of blood, and willingly drowns in it after struggling.
• Unreality: The place a person is in changes behind them.
• Fire: A bonfire is lit for signalling.
• Acid: Characters are burned by acid.
• Entrance through butt: Characters nonconsensually enter a gargantuan creature through their butt hole. Includes a graphic zooming shot through an intestinal track from the perspective of characters.
• Head Injury: A character is knocked unconscious.
