Combat:

FCG Flesh Parts: Sam's gas can has a picture of FCG with a giant tongue.
Nudity/Sex: Nudity and reference to sex acts takes up much of the episode, far beyond the usual level of lewd jokes for the franchise.

Rapidly alternating colors: High contrast bright colors, often on bright white, that rapidly shift with frequent jump cuts.
Flashing motion effects: Low frame animation without blur frames. Motion blur at the beginning Jumping stills with bright white lines on a dark background appear to flash as they change.
Jumpy rotoscoped shots: Short cuts for rotoscoped animation with a lot of movement can appear jumpy and disorienting. May affect motion sensitivity.

Spider: Pate transforms into a spider.
Nausea/Vomit: A character vomits due to visual vertigo. A couple small sounds are made as part of the description.
Nudity/Sex: Characters plan to stage a fake orgy/fake pornography film to try and get out of a fight. They half commit to the plan and undress while in combat rounds. Brief mention of how a character's breasts look.

Horror Imagery: Monstrous transformation description (brief). Unnatural jerky movement.
Sexual Mental Magic: A player initially says he will use mental magic to command enemies to masturbate. He then changes his mind and commands them to do something else non-sexual.
Joint Injury: A person's shoulder is dislocated.

Discussions of Consent: During the fake orgy/porn shoot fight, a character says "No Touch" multiple times to dissuade their enemy from touching the "performers".

Drinking: Characters shown getting drunk.
Drugs(hallucinations): A character hallucinates and is sick, presumably after eating something.
Animal Bite: A character is bit by a wolf in the groin.

Mental Magic: A character casts a mental magic friendship spell on a prisoner.
Religious Trauma: Memory is described of being forced to pray, and being criticized for lack of faith.

Fingernail Torture: A character talks about potentially using it to interrogate a prisoner.

Brain Injury: Brief discussion about how the media trope of knocking someone out repeatedly would cause a traumatic brain injury in real life.
